Up for bid is a one owner 1997 Chevrolet Camaro SS. This car is a non-T-top car with a 6 speed manual transmission. This car has always been stored indoors and has been road driven to car shows and the occasional DMV emissions test. It has 980 miles on it and is one owner car. This car comes with the all the original paperwork and 30th Anniversary Edition paperwork and invoices. This car is currently registered and insured in the State of New York. This car is stored on a lift and the underside looks as new. No accidents or Incidents... I have looked this body over carefully and found only two small stone chips on the front airdam. He states that this car is not the base 5.7 with 285hp, but upgraded with the Ram Air that rewards with 20 more HP, so 305 HP. He stated he did not get the LT4 motor as he recalled it was an 8K upgrade and the performance was not that much better that the figures for his unit. I was also told that he and his son bought Identical cars, and because of this, they were invited to tour the SLP facility while there cars were being modified. He has pictures of this visit that he is including in the cars paperwork. Additionally, while at the facility, the management offer to upgrade the cars exhaust to the "better flowing" Stainless steel exhaust manifolds, as a goodwill gesture since they were buying two cars. they put the original unused stock exhaust manifolds in the trunk, and these too are included in the sale. The owner states he has all the original paperwork with the car, along with additional print materials the dealer saved for him, and pictures taken at the SLP Facility.
