My loss is your gain if you're a serious car buff. My 2010 MINI Cooper S has a blown engine. The vacuum pump seized and that caused catastrophic damage to the engine. The car has been very well maintained with regular oil changes and manufacturer's maintenance recommendations. Other than the dead engine, the car is in great shape! No rust, dings or scratches. LOW Mileage of 67,000 miles. This car has it all. Cold Weather package (nice toasty warm seats, side mirror defrost, rear window defrost, and heated windshield washer fluid ports). You can start this car and come back in 5 minutes to an ice and snow free vehicle with a warm bum for your drive to work. It also has the Bluetooth package so you can sync your smartphone and go hands free for safe driving. It has MINI's famous fast automatic transmission, but you can push a button and drop it into Manual Mode and shift gears with the racing paddles on the steering column. This is AWESOME for mountain drives. Used MINIs are selling for around $15,000 to $17,000. I've got quotes for the new engine at under $5,000. If you're handy, you can probably do even better. So, I'm willing to part with my MINI (I just don't have the time and frankly the money right now to fix it). I'll sell it too a good home for $8,000 O.B.O $8,000 for the car, and under $5,000 for the new engine puts you in a GREAT Mini Cooper S for Under $13,000. This is a great deal! Again, my loss is your gain! I'd like to see my beloved MINI go to a good home, if you're interested, let's cut a deal!
