Selling my 1949 Plymouth police car. The story that came with the car was original its was used as an airport attache car used to bring people from the terminal to the runway in inclement weather. It was supposedly never registered by the airport. Subsequently the car didn't see a lot of salt and end up with a ton of rust (it does have some, but the floors are solid, doors are solid, rockers, etc). Car has its stock 218 flathead straight 6 and 3 on the tree column shift. The car just turned 13,000 miles, yes only 13,000 original miles. Some of the glass does need to be replaced but it is all flat, and the upholstery needs to be redone. Car is straight, has all trim, paint has some chips and scratches Had a recent tuneup, new fuel pump, new battery, I put a 6 volt alternator on it, but I still have the stock generator, brakes were just redone. Yes the light and siren both work. Please email with any questions. I will provide a bill of sale with the car as NH doesn't issue titles for antiques. No I really dont want to get invloved in taking it 30 miles and dropping it off at the shippers.
