1968 Volkswagen bus. It has been built to be a reliable camping machine that goes as good as it looks. This bus has walkthrough front seats and has factory deluxe trim. It is a Westfalia camper "tin top." It has a fold down rear Z bed, wardrobe closet, jump seat, and fold down table. The rear bed and jump seat upholstery is in excellent condition with no tears or wear. They have been recovered in a very heavy duty red marbled vinyl. The front seats are red basket weave that were the same type as the original. The factory color was Titan Red with white roof. The bus was just repainted the original factory colors and it looks great. The rims were also repainted at the same time. The interior is still the original Titan Red. Sometime during it's life, the front floor was replaced, so it is solid. The motor was completely rebuilt approx. 500 miles ago. It is a 1600 single port motor. It has new pistons, rings, valves, cam, carb, etc. The bus has a new clutch and new brakes. The steering is nice and tight and it drives like a dream. It has a header exhaust system with a single quiet pack muffler. All the lights and blinkers work as they should. New Pro Comp off road lights. Slight lift to give it an off road 4 wheel drive stance. 3/4 roof rack Tires are good and the rear tires are Grabber MT Off Road tires. This bus presents very well and is ready to be your daily driver, or your weekend camping, exploring, and off-road fun. Clear California title in my name. Currently registered.
