Vehicle Detail

Up for sale/auction is my 1988 Honda Shadow 1100c. It has ran great for me all riding season, but I got a bigger bike and so this one has to go unfortunately. The bike has some new parts on it that i installed at the start of the riding season. They include: New Cobra backrest, new chrome mirrors, new chrome controls, studded saddlebags, different handlebars (previous owner had drag bars on, but i didn't care for them.), LED rear turn signals with relocation kit, also have light bar for the front with Led turn signals (not installed). It also has a comfortable aftermarket Mustang seat, and long shot style pipes. The pipes were on the bike when I bought and were already painted black, They sound really good but some of the paint is turning gray closer to the headers and there is a spot where the paint came off near the one heat shield (you can see it in the pic). The bike also has a new front tire, but needs a back tire unless I throw one on there before it sells. The bike is a Dark blue/midnight blue with royal blue and silver metal flake over top. The bike was painted this way when i bought it and i ha plans to just repaint it black, but i didn't get to. It is a nice paint job when its out in the sun, and it does get a lot of compliments too.You can see that it does have some blemishes though, as i do not know how old the paint job is. You can see some marks where it looks like some gas was dripped on the top of the tank (probably while someone was refueling). There is also a mark on the top of the rear fender which appeared after i bought it, but I have no idea where it came from. I rode the bike during bike week quite a bit so I know that she can run and runs good. I was riding it up until i got my new one about three weeks ago. I do still start it and let it run, as well as hookup the battery tender, but I have not actually taken it for a ride. Every time I plan too, it rains lately so that is why I at least start it up. I forgot to mention that at the beginning of the riding season it also got a new battery, all the fluids changed, new oil filter, even new plugs. Actually, i just changed the plugs recently and installed new ones again. The brakes feel like they are getting soft and may need the pads replaced soon ( unless i get it done before it sells) The chrome is still in good shape as well, i always keep it as clean as I can and polish the chrome up too. I have not had any kind of leaks since I bought it, and it doesn't appear that I have any now either cause I keep an eye on that sort of thing all the time. I am not sure what brand the pipes are either cause I see no branding on them, but they do sound good. I also have another rear fender that came with the bike when I bought it so I will include that too. I don't think that I am forgetting anything, but if I think of somehting I will just revise it, lol. If you have any questions for me, please feel free to ask and I will answer them the best I can. Also, the TOOL BAG on the front forks DOES NOT come with the bike. My kids just got that for me recently and I am planning on putting it on the new bike. Thank you *** I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO END THIS AUCTION EARLY IN THE EVENT THAT THE BIKE SELLS BECAUSE IT IS ALSO LISTED LOCALLY, THANK YOU***
