Bought this to use as my winter 4WD vehicle in the mountains but financial circumstances forces sale. Previous owner installed new timing chain and water pump, which I can't verify, but he also installed new stainless steel muffler and tail-pipe along with front sway bar bushings which I can verify. I drove it home, runs and shifts well, 4wd works, A/C and heat work great, nice after market stereo and it's been in my driveway since. Had title transferred (Clear Title) to me but haven't tagged it. Body is great and solid, all glass is good, seats are great except for one small frayed area on drivers seat (pictured). I installed new spark plugs and Bosch plug wires which is neither cheap or quick on these V-6's. Engine compartment is clean though it does leak a little oil like most Toyotas of this era. May or may not need engine work, runs fine but leaks some oil (small amount) and haven't driven enough to know the vehicle well. Rust on inside of rear bumper with small holes on each corner (also normal for these) but rest of the vehicle is relatively rust free, Frame Is Solid. Currently riding on later model 4runner rims with Michelin 31 X 10.50's which sits it up nicely but they only have 30-40% tread left. The original SR-5 rims also come with the vehicle free of charge.
