Thank you for your interest in my 65 Ford Galaxie 500 XL and viewing my auction! Equipped with the original 352 engine, automatic transmission, shifter/center console on floor, and power steering. Very solid mid-west car. Original 15" rims and hubcaps included, with older tires. No cracks on the dashboard, no rips or tears on the seats. Great headliner and door panels. All lights and horn work. Decent brakes. Very nice brightwork - Solid undercarrage, trunk, floors, firewall, etc.... minor surface bubbling in the rear 1/4 panels, most likely from the late 70's paint and body work. Runs and drives great. Was, prior to my purchase, an every day, reliable, driver. Clear title in hand. It does have an exhaust manifold gasket leak. I have the gasket, just needs the install. This Galaxie 500 XL would make for a nice restoration, hot rod, rat rod, retro race car, or just leave it as is and enjoy. Needs very little other work for it's age. Hard to find this original, never cut up or modified. Car is sold with an open Indiana Title Easy trailer loading, or sending a transport trucker. Or, drive it away!
