This is a 1976 Lincoln Mark IV that I am selling for a friend who has owned it since the late 1980's. It has the 460-V8 engine, with the C6 three-speed automatic transmission. The mileage is original at just over 87,000. The title is in my friend's name and I have a notarized statement from him authorizing me to sell the car for him. I am new to selling cars on Ebay so If you need to speak to me, please write me and we can exchange telephone numbers. I am happy to talk about the car if you want. The vehicle runs and drives fine. Tuneup, oil change, and brakes recently done. It does not have have any rust or rust repairs at all. There are minor nicks and scratches on the bumpers and body trim. The Lincoln Mark IV has Pucci designer option. It has the pillow velour cloth seats, power windows, power steering, four wheel disc power brakes, tilt wheel, the air conditioning system is complete but not blowing cold air, the aluminum wheels including the space, the rare power-vent "smoker's" windows, and the power glass moonroof. The power antenna works but slow. It was refinished in its original color over 20 years ago and still looks pretty good. It was garage kept and driven only in warm months around here. The vinyl roof is original. It has decent but older tires and the battery is new. The winning bidder must submit a $500 deposit through PayPal within 48 hours of the auction. The balance is due in cash or by certified check within 72 hours of the deposit. I cannot accept the final balance by Paypal. Vehicle must be paid for in full before I can be picked up. Thank you very much and again please write me with your questions or if you want to talk to me by phone.On Oct-05-15 at 11:51:16 PDT, seller added the following information: I have to door strip molding. it kept coming off and i didnt have proper glue. i will put in on. thanks to the people trying to help me understand this car. there were four designer cars in 1976. i could not find the sales information on these cars but someone told me the givenchy and pucci were the rarest designer cars out of the four.On Oct-11-15 at 04:58:13 PDT, seller added the following information: three things. 1 yes this car was higher yesterday at this time. somebody retracted and said the reason was they entered "wrong amount". well they entered the wrong amount 5 times until they found themselves winning, and then retracted. ebay told me to look at the member's bid history and you can see 43 retractions in six months, with 11 retractions in the past 30 days. i guess that speaks for itself. 2. the current high bidder has been in contact with me throughout this auction. the reason i bring this up is somebody did NOT pay for a car of mine they won because they "didn't like low feedback bidders under them". ebay explained to me that low/no feedback is NOT a dis-qualifier for bidding and if the bidder could be contacted then i should not automatically cancel their bids like some sellers do apparently. 3. i have additional pictures of this car if anyone wants them you can write me. i cannot change this pictures after there are bids on the auction according to ebay rules.
