2003 VW Jetta GLS TDI wagon.This car is in very good condition, It just passed PA inspection this week. It runs great. The tires are in great shape and the brakes and rotors are new. All the accessories work the engine is strong and the transmission shifts as it should. The car needs nothing. The exterior is in good shape, there are a few chips and scratches please look at the pictures they were taken today. The interior is in good shape with a few scuffs and a burn on the passenger seat, everything works as it should. Comes with all standard GLS features plus Automatic trans, sunroof, and cold weather package which includes heated front seats and heated washer nozzles. It has a Sony radio CD player with AUX and USB input and new speakers. I got the car from a friend who bought the car from the original owner at 70k miles and took very good care of it. He had the timing belt replaced at 120k miles and within the week the engine blew up. He had it towed back to the shop which just charged him $2,800 for service and they wanted another $6,000 to install a used engine. He gave up and gave it to me. I had some junkyards looking out for a low mileage ALH engine for almost a year before I found one with only 54k miles on it. I replaced the timing belt, water pump, tensioner, idlers etc before installing it. It has all new fluids and I've driven it for 400 miles with no problems whatsoever.
