1964 Ford C550, Vintage Cab Over Car Hauler/Ramp Truck Could be a fun vehicle to get road worthy and haul your vintage race car or street rod. It is certainly not perfect, but you have a lot to start with. 350 Chevy engine Turbo 400 Chevy transmission Newer 9r 22.5” front tires Bud 5 split rear wheels, 7.50x20 tires Working winch Aluminum ramps Lights all work, Wipers work, Radio works most of the time. Starts, runs, uses some oil doesn't run perfect but will move the truck around. Brakes need bled at a minimum. You have to pump them about 3 times for decent pedal. Several side boxes with wood floors, Functional interior, Speedometer works, Aftermarket Temp and oil pressure gauge. Gas gauge and others on the Cluster do not work. Some body rust (see photos), mainly in the floors areas. Windshields are both cracked. I recently used this truck to haul my 1932 Ford 5 Window coupe to a Rusteberfest Show. This was about an 90 mile trip. Top speed is around 55 mph. If you were going to buy it I would recommend having it hauled. The rear tires are definitely showing there age. Recently converted to a Pertronix Ignition and Coil. New Fuel pump. Recent oil Change. Truck weights 8500 LBS Although it runs and drives I wouldn't say you are going to go into the towing business with it tomorrow. It needs some work remember it is 51 years old. Original 1964 Ford Truck Shop manual included. Obviously The 1932 Ford or the 1964 Fairlane 500 on the back in the pictures are not included. Don’t assume anything.
