Relisting due to non-payment by high bidder. If you have poor Ebay history or have just set up your account, please contact me first. Thanks in advance. Beautiful, stock and original, rust free, accident free, original paint, original interior, original running gear (very recently rebuilt), lower mileage, great running and driving example of a 1966 Mustang coupe which has spent it's entire life in the dry, mild climates of Southern California and Arizona. I'm the Ebay go-to guy among my circle of friends and family so I'm selling it for a friend of mine. He's had it for a while and done some very high quality restorative work (itemized further below). According to 'Scott Martin's 1966 Mustang Data Plate Decoder', the Data Plate Information decodes as follows... Model Year: 1966Assembly Plant: San Jose, CABody Code: CoupeEngine Code: 200cid 1V 120hp 6 CylinderConsecutive Unit No.: 206007Body Code: Coupe, Standard InteriorExterior Color: Sauterne GoldInterior Trim Color: Black With Black TrimProduction Date: 26 May 1966 District Sales Office: Los AngelesRear Axle Ratio: 3.20:1Transmission: Dual Range Automatic (C-4) Here is a list of all it's goodies in no particular order... * Rebuilt Engine Within 1,000 Miles* Rebuilt Transmission Within 1,000 Miles* Rebuilt Carburetor* New Gas Tank* New Gas Tank Sending Unit* New Fuel Pump* New Battery* Entirely New Front Suspension Within 100 Miles (inc. springs, sway bar, control arms, strut rods, tie rods, idler arm, bushings, shocks, etc.)* New Front Brakes (inc. brake lines & wheel cylinders)* Newer Tires* Newer Exhaust System* Shop Manuals* Tons Of Spare Parts* New Windshield* New Windshield Rubber Molding* New Rear Window Rubber Molding* New Window Trim Clips* New Radio Speaker (AM radio works great)* New Dash Pad* New Heater Plenum* New Glove Box Liner* And More... The interior is in well preserved, original condition. The only cosmetic item which has been replaced is the dash pad so you can see how well the rest of this 49 year old interior has aged. All glass is in great shape. Windows roll up and down properly. Doors open and close very solidly. Dash is uncut and unbutchered and everything works (even the original AM radio!). Headliner has been removed and the roof looks great behind it (headliner bows are included). The exterior has been extremely well preserved as well. The paint is original and the body is almost perfect. There is one tiny dent at the front of the right front fender and that's it. It has never been in an accident and is completely rust free. It is simply a beautiful, pristine body shell. The undercarriage is equally well preserved. When the new front and rear rubber window moldings were installed, the window frames were resprayed in the original Sauterne Gold and new trim clips installed. All trim pieces are included. The running gear is basically new. The original engine and transmission were rebuilt less than 1,000 miles ago. The entire front suspension was rebuilt/replaced within the last 100 miles and functions as if it just rolled off the assembly line. It runs and drives very tightly and tracks perfectly straight. The rear differential and springs haven't been touched but they function great as well. From a mechanical and driving standpoint, this Mustang drives as if it's near new. My name is Chris and I am happy to answer your questions. Please call me at 435-669-1470. I also have almost 300 pictures that show every nook and cranny in great detail (including the undercarriage and extra parts). Send me your email address and I'll get them to you. It is ready to enjoy today so you may want to consider flying in and driving home. That would be a fun adventure and I'd be happy to help facilitate it. This beautiful 1966 Mustang Coupe is located in the dry, desert community of Beaver Dam, Arizona (92 miles north of Las Vegas). Good luck and good bidding. On Sep-28-15 at 10:45:04 PDT, seller added the following information: Reserve was just lowered to $5000. Thank you very much for your interest.
