2001 Mercury Grand Marquis @ 148,700 miles still driving so may be more. The Good: Recent (last year): Front and rear brakes, rear load assist shocks and Moog cargo coil springs, Stainless Works ( www.stainlessworks.net ) 2.5 inch cat-back exhaust with x-pipe and 3.5 inch tips ($1000+ exhaust system), Great sound! Nice mellow performance sound without being annoying or disturbing your neighbors. LED accent lights added to front bumper. 4 snow tires in trunk. 2 almost new condition and 2 studded with about 1/2 tread left included at BUY IT NOW price only A/C blows very cold and heat works great. Keyless remote and door keypad work. No check engine lights or codes Trailer hitch with 2 ball sizes and trailer light wiring harness Upgraded to 3.23 gears with ford traction lock rear end. Cruise control, traction control and ABS brakes all work as the should. Fresh oil and filter change The car runs and drives very well. It is very comfortable and gets an average of @ 25MPG on the highway. These cars are known to go 2-3 hundred thousand miles. Parts are cheap and they are easy to work on. This is a lot of car for the money!! Good first car, winter car, or daily driver. Great back to school gift! The Bad: Passenger door power lock does not work. Have to lock and unlock that one door manually, needs a new actuator. The other 3 doors and remote trunk latch work as they should. Has some squeaks and rattles on bumpy roads. Paint is flaking in some areas (shown in pictures) Bumpers have been used, and show signs of wear (small cracks and imperfections shown in pictures) May have to remove tint from front windows to pass inspection I'm selling because I bought another car and no longer need this one.
