Good people of Ebay, this car is in MANHATTAN. Please don't bid on it unless you are close enough that it makes financial sense for you to get it from New York. That said, I am selling my well-loved 2000 Discovery (138, 300 miles). The engine and transmission are in great shape and the car runs very well. Automatic windows all work perfectly. Seat controls and automatic locks work perfectly. AC is ice cold. Heat is super warm in winter. Cold weather package including heated windshield and seat heaters. Permanent 4WD great for ice and snow and mud. Stereo itself works well. I bought the car directly from a dealership in 2001 and have been the owner since. I have every service record, and have been very conscientious about maintenance. The car has never been in an accident and the body is in excellent condition. Wonderful car for the snow and wet weather, and for off-road situations. I've never been let down in any situation by this car! Integral Class III trailer hitch receiver. Tires were purchased in 2009 and have 25, 400 miles on them. I had the oil changed a month ago and had the car thoroughly inspected by the garage that has serviced it for the past 5 years. They declared it a fine runner with a few flaws. Those flaws are as follows: 1. Needs new rear brake pads and rotors2. Needs new valve cover gaskets3. There is a small oil leak. I have managed this for the past few years by just checking the oil level every other a month and topping it up when necessary.4. The seals on the roof leak sometimes, which means that when you get in the car after a heavy downpour, water may drip in. This may be solved by new seals and cleaning out the drains around the sunroofs and eyebrow windows.5. Front sun roof does not work. This seems to be a problem with the motor or a fuse….not sure.6. Some slackness to roof fabric.7. Both bumpers are cracked.8. 6 cd changer under seat does not work at the moment. I think this is an easy fix, but I have not done it because I have just been connecting my iPhone to the stereo for music. Please do not bid on the car if you are not genuinely interested.
