2008 Ford Super Duty Crew Cab, long bed, XL, 2X4, 5.4 V8 gas with 73,xxx miles. This truck is very clean and has been well taken care of; pictures do not do it justice. I purchased the truck in April of 2009 or 2010; I don’t remember right off hand. I purchased from a Ford dealership and it was a Factory Ford Certified Pre-Owned with 18,000 miles. The previous owner was an older man that thought he needed a big truck, then realized it was too big for him and wanted a regular cab. It is a 2 wheel drive; however, with a few sand bags in it I drove all winter long this last winter with no issues. Manual locks, manual windows, it is a strip down XL. Truck has the factory in dash brake controller. Does not have a gooseneck ball, never had a fifth wheel attachment. The only trailer I have ever pulled is a 12’ bumper mower trailer. As you can see in the photos, the bed has a few scratches, but this F-250 has never been used to its full potential. I basically used it as a big car, been very well taken care of. Has tinted windows. Empty going down the interstate I have gotten between 17.5 and 18.5 MPG, around town its between that 13 and 14.5 MPG depending on driving habits of course. I religiously change the oil every 3,000 miles, using quality Ford oil and a Motorcraft (Factory Ford) oil filter. Tires are a strong 70 plus %, rotated every third oil change. My interior pictures did not turn out the best due to lighting. Bench seat in the front and back, vinyl rubber flooring, no carpet, easy to keep clean. Truck does have cruise control and has the big tow mirrors. I have over 30 photos of the truck, I can send more on request. This is a third vehicle for me, therefore the low miles for an ’08. I really don’t need the truck anymore and am looking to get into a car as a project/toy. Only flaw in the entire truck really is I let a buddy use it and he ran the drivers front door into something at a gas station. He put a small dent in the very bottom corner of the driver’s door. I straightened the bent part and never did anything with it. Easy fix, touching it up would probably work and you would never notice it. (see photos) You will not find a cleaner, better taken care of Super Duty for the money. I would get in this truck and travel anywhere in the county. No leaks, no drips, doesn’t need anything at all.
