The $500 fee is due if you do not wish to continue with the purchase of the vehicle (or no contact has been received from the buyer within 7 days). Inspections are to be made before bidding, noticed defects (disclosed or undisclosed) upon arrival are not reason for recourse. Once you've bid and won, the $500 fee will be due, if not paid within 7 days buyer may be sent to court or collections, if sent to court losing party shall pay court costs, if send to collections, add $50 to the initial $500 for recovery costs, that would total $550. We are obligated to hold the car for 7 days from time of winning bid. If you do not agree with this or can not accept this do not bid.
