Offered for sale my 1985 300D Mercedes Benz. I bought this car in early 2014. It is my second 300D and by far the nicest one. It's the 1985 model which means it has the higher geared transaxle and the RPM's are a bit lower at cruise than the previous years. There are no cracks in the dash. The AC works, it has been converted. All the windows and sunroof work. The stereo has been updated and the original Becker stereo is in the truck if you want to re-install if desired. It has 223,000 miles on it and the odometer is still working so I believe this to be true miles. The Transmission shifts as good and my new Chevy Dually truck. Very smooth. No jerking transmission here. Tires are in good shape and and about 60% tread left on them. I bought this car for a road car when I got a temporary corporate transfer 150 miles from home. I did not want to burn the miles on my CTS Cadillac or Chevy Dually so I found this car and it has been just what I wanted. Always started and never left me stranded. Smooth road car and about 25 MPG at hwy speeds. If your looking for a solid road car and you're a fan of these great classics this car will not disappoint.
