You are looking at a Barn Find 1928 Model A "Dog Catcher" Woody. This Model A started out as a 1928 Model A truck. Then in 1974 it was taking apart to restore her to a Model A dog catcher woody. The restoration was stopped in 1977 and never completed. The truck was put up on blocks and parked, with many Model T's, and 1950's Oldsmobile's, scattered in make shift barns. I recently took this truck off its blocks were it sat for more than 30 years and brought it home to my garage. After hooking up a battery, cleaning the carb, cleaning the original plugs, putting in a newer coil, and plug wire she started and idled for a few seconds, which you can see in the video I provided in this listing. I just lightly put the fenders, hood, running boards, and lights, back on with a few bolts so nothing is loose and so it can be towed down the road for the next owner. I also lightly cleaned the Model A, leaving some of the dust, and cobb webs. Other then what I have stated I have not inspected or touched Ford.
