I am selling this pickup for a good friend. He is a truck guy, a mechanic, and works in a major tire shop. He will gladly answer any questions you may have. He knows that I have a perfect feedback rating, and want to keep it that way. Sooooo, let me tell you about this great truck. First, it is a 1979. He simply likes the earlier grille better than the '79, as do I. All work on this truck has been done within the last four years. It runs and drives absolutely great!!!!! Wheels are 16" Chrome alloys, with Cooper STMAXX 285/75R16 tires mouonted. I surely don't need to expound on the cost of these puppies, and they are like new. The windshield is new, as is the rubber seal. Headlights are new. Radiator and hoses have been replaced, and there is a block heater installed. The steering box, power steering pump, and lines are new. Moog ball joints have been installed. Brake system is new from the Booster to the shoes, seals, cylinders, etc. Even the brake lines were replaced. The dual exhaust system is new and sound great. The C-6 tranny, both differentials, and transfer case have all been services recently. The 351-M has been freshened up with a new oil pump, water pump, and main seals. The heads were re-done, and a new Edelbrock manifold and carburetor. Compression is up to snuff in all cylinders. A complete tune-up was recently done. The 4-wheel drive works as it should, with a married transfer case, and front hubs and bearings have been re-done. This truck runs, sounds, and looks great!!!!!!! Now for the rest of the story. So I will explain what it was about. The truck was painted about 10 years ago, and the clearcoat is going away. The only major body work was in the passenger side rear of the box. You can see this in the pictures, 'cuase it got smacked again, right there. The cab "corners" are fine The floor and bed are fine, with no rust. The carpets are out, so you can see the cab floor. This car has never had rust repair. It is a very nice body and bed...... Good luck......
