You are bidding on a 1963 F100 short bed. It has a straight 6 with a 3 speed column shifter. Here is the good. It is a short bed original california truck. It still has the black plates for it. The bed has held up very well for being 52 years old. There was a camper on the truck since the 70's and that help protect the bed and the rubber around the front and rear glass. The interior is not that bad, The seat has a few tears on it and the head liner looks pretty good. The body is not that bad overall. Even though it is a california truck it does have rust issues. The drivers side fender bottom has some the area when you open the door on the bottom on the left and right sides has some and under the battery tray where it meets the wheel wale there is a hole through it. As you see in the pitchers there is surface rust on it but nothing has gone through the metal. I think the surface rust makes the truck look better and I was never going to paint it. The engine bay is missing some parts. The radiator, and hoses, cables to the battery and starter,fan blade and master cylinder. When I first brought the truck home i took the plugs out and put some ATF down the cylinders and let it sit overnight. Using jumper cables I was able to get power to the starter and the motor does turn over. Since I was going to remove the engine to put in a V8 in I never tried to get it running. As you see the truck is missing the front headlight and the rear tail lights. The rear bumper is not original but the rest of the truck is. All the glass is in good condition and the windows do roll up and down. There is a small dent on the front fender the hood has some waves on it and the area next to the drivers door has a dent. Because of the camper there were shocks bolted to the top fenders and they will need repair.There is no title for the truck there will be a bill of sale only. I do have the old registration papers for it showing the vin numbers and plate number. This is a original owner truck and she signed a lost title paper for it.
