1980 GS 450ST - All original vintage bike (and a rare and hard to find one at that) - totally stock to include the café style fairing and bar end mirrors. Bike is in EXCELLENT shape with only a small tear on the seat. This bike has extremely low mileage (12,406) is turn key ready with spot on carburetion, new chain and sprockets, fresh oil change and new spark plugs. This would make a great starter bike as it does not sit very high, but is also very fun to drive and with a six speed transmission. The bike is totally complete and is a very good running bike - no surprises. On Jul-14-15 at 04:46:22 PDT, seller added the following information: To answer some questions that have been asked by several of you, please note the following: 1) I am the registered owner of the bike. Maine is a non-title state for car and motorcycles that are over a specified age. So for example if I bought a bike from you and your state and you gave me a valid title - even if I wanted to have that converted into a Maine title showing me as the owner, Maine would not do so (even if I wanted to pay). Here bikes of this age are sold by way of a bill of sale (only). I can give you a copy of my registration showing me as the legal owner and a bill of sale. 2) The bike is in really good shape - but it is not showroom quality in the sense that it is free from blemishes. There is spot rust on such items as the shocks, the starter cover, the brake resevoir and behind the mirros. With the exception of the starter cover (an easy replace on Ebay and cheap) the blemishes are minor. But if you bid please do know the bike does have some normal wear and tear. There are however, no dents or missing parts. Everything is there. I get many compliments on the condition of this bike and people are hard pressed to believe it is 35 YEARS OLD. So the short to all of this is please do not bid if you are seeking a SHOWROOM CONDITIONED BIKE. This is not it. Thank you.
