Rust free California runner bought as a parts car so I am not sure what's missing. It does start and run well, but needs a battery.Exterior looks really good, chrome and glass is all there as is most ext trim. Interior seems to be mostly complete accept the 2 front seats are not attached.Tires are holding air and rims look really good.
