1983 Honda V45 Magna Up for auction is a 1983 V45 Magna. The bike is in fair condition overall but has been sitting for some time and will need work to be in tip top shape. The seat cover is ripped and one of the turn signals is electrical taped, other than that the body of the bike is all good.
