1983 Maico "Spider" This bike has the 4 speed MX gearbox (FK 362xxxx) with frame 362xxxx.I have not seen this bike running - it does kick thru with compression. For the most part , an original bike. On Jul-07-15 at 15:21:37 PDT, seller added the following information: Update: To answer several emails in regard to condition & history.The rims are OK - both front and rear should be useable for taking this bike into a decent rider. For a concourse level bike , most likely you would want to re-anodize. The rear shock shaft looks nice - a little bit oily , but not a crusty shaft. The front fork - both tubes I would run "as is" - the chrome is nice. History - I am probably the 3rd owner. The second owner found the bike in a garage while doing some repair / remodel work. He either bought the bike or did a trade. He did very little with the bike. The original owner must have had the bike for about 30 years. The first owner , for the most part, left the bike "as bought" - the only items I see non-original are the "Ake Jonsson" handlebars, the re-worked compression release lever , and the rear brake return spring.
