For Sale 1988 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS. "Survivor" 16,800 original miles. Never had any body work or been in a wreck. Black Exterior with Grey Cloth interior. I purchased the car from an SS collector in IL where the car was shown through out the Midwest. I bought the car three years ago, to drive on Sunday afternoons given I drove one when they were new and I was in High School. Unfortunately I have only driven it three times since I purchased it. I have some of the original paperwork including the original bill of sale and maintenance records when it was sold in Virginia. All original other than the brand new BFG Radial T/A tires I just put on the car. No rust what so ever and near mint condition. Runs perfectly and is a blast to drive. I also just had all the suspension bushings replaced given there was some dry rot after 27 years! This car is truly a time machine and a beautiful example of the famous Monte Carlo SS. It may not be as fast as todays cars, but it has plenty of power and its always nice to remember the smell of a carb engine now and again!
