Original owner, custom ordered from factory and delivered in Sep 2007 to me in California, moved to the Niagara Falls area April 2010 . Always heated garage parked, gently driven around town, never commuted and low miles (comparable to 2009/2010 cars). 12 year Rust warranty still valid just in case it ever needs in. Babied and cared for in our family from day 1. Just had the interior detailed and trim piece changed due to wear so it smells and looks fresh. Clear California title in hand. If you are looking for a great BMW at an amazing price, look no further. There are many 328s on ebay, but if you are looking for one with complete records almost no issues in its history, sold by original owner, non smoking, no pets - this is one of the best you will find. Only reason we are selling is to downsize to a mini... Car is amazing to drive and has plenty of accessible and smooth power delivery from the legendary BMW in-line 6 (recent 328i have been downsized to 4 cylinder unit), and the handling is almost identical to the coupe/sedan with the added practicality and looks (IMHO) of the wagon trunk. Ride is firm and sporty, yet quiet and comfortable, the sports seats have adjustable bolsters and thigh support and hug you for a great driving position and drive. Rear glass open separately from hatch for practical access. Retracting cover very useful for hiding trunk contents when parked (automatically pops open when trunk or glass opened). rear seats fold down for huge loading areas if you should ever need it. Always serviced on time included preventative repairs. Services exclusively at BMW dealers while under warranty (until Sep 2010), then at high-end specialty shop (Argus Automotive in Oakville, ON - contact Adam if you would like to verify condition of car). Only major repair was a replacement of power steering rack under warranty (no issues since) April 2011, replacement of radio unit under warranty (2010), replacement of drive belt (pre-emptive) in 2014. battery replaced in 2014. New tires (Bridgestone Drive guard All Seasons) in summer 2014. New brakes (rotors and pads) just installed in 2015. Oil changes every 6K Miles (last one just done last week) along with cabin air filter, wipers just changed (OEM). OEM carpet mats, rubber mats and rubber trunk floor liner (OEM) included. Regularly washed and waxed by hand (Klasse all-in-one and Klasse High gloss). leather regularly cleaned and conditioned with high end product (Zimol). Minor door ding or two, paint chips, small chip in glass from more than a year ago (stable, has not spread), scratch on driver side door (very shallow, barely noticeable, dont think it made it through clearcoat), minor scratches on bumper corners. Minor wear on driver's seat leather. All imperfections captured in detailed photos (please contact me for detailed pics as I am limited to 24 only). Buyer has option to purchase Thule roof rails for only $200 in addition to final purchase price of vehicle. Willing to personally deliver car to winning bidder if within a 2-3 hour drive of Niagara Falls, NY. Would consider driving further if buyer covers gas/flight expenses.
