***No reserve auction. United States Only. No international Bidders*** This auction is for a Restored 1973 Honda CT70K3 Trail 70 Motorcycle. Professionally painted to match the original Candy Riviera Blue from the Honda factory. Runs Great. All lights, switches, and horn work LIKE NEW. Has a strong sealed battery installed for low maintenance and long life. The 1973 CT70K3 frame and engine are original and matching from the factory. The engines top end and clutch were fully rebuilt with Honda OEM parts during the restoration. The engine is strong and the motorcycle cruises around 38 to 41 mph with a 250 pound rider. This motorcycle is beautiful. Too many new parts to list. See pictures for more details. Ridden less than 50 miles, garage kept, covered and pampered since restoration completion in the middle of 2013. Comes with clean and clear Ohio title, Honda tool kit, original owner's manual, and 2 keys that fit both the ignition and helmet lock. I hate to let it go but, I already have too many Trail 70's in my garage (according to my Wife). I also need to make space for a golf cart. Frame: CT70-2307041Engine: CT70E-2307233Built: 9/73 (September 1973) Titled and street registered in Ohio. Recently moved from California where it was also titled and street registered. Nearly every other Trail 70 listed does not have title and most sellers only offer a bill of sale. Additionally, most States make it nearly impossible to get a titles for these older dual sports. This motorcycle however, HAS A TITLE so you can avoid the DMV/BMV nightmares and red tape and easily transfer the existing one. Walk around video link with engine running and checks performed. Trusted seller, bid with confidence. I have over 14 years of buying and selling experience on eBay with a 100% positive feedback rating. I believe in describing everything as accurately as possible, and using plenty of great pictures. The new owner of this bike will not be disappointed! If you have any questions you may message me directly or call/text Bill at (559) 362-8474. Bike is available for local pick up or inspection. Shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, and I will work with the buyer and shipper. I will work with whatever shipper you choose. No overseas shipping. $500.00 non-refundable deposit via PayPal due within 24 hours of auction close. Remainder due within 7 days by means of either Paypal or Cashiers Check (Certified from U.S.) only, and I will wait until Cashiers Check clears prior to shipment. If local pick up, either Paypal or Cash is welcome. Please contact me with any questions. If you have feedback of less than 10 please contact me prior to bidding to prevent your bid from being cancelled. I will not respond to low ball offers or attempts to end the auction early. This bike is being sold as-is with no warranty, and I am not responsible for the bike, or any damages occurring to the bike, after it has left my garage. By purchasing, the Buyer certifies that they have read and agree to the terms of this listing, any/all associated purchase contracts, and the eBay Motors Vehicle Purchase Protection terms. ***No reserve auction United States Only. No international Bidders*** On Jun-14-15 at 08:39:02 PDT, seller added the following information: ***UPDATE*** A potential seller sent me a message and questioned the brownish color of the top of the engine. He asked if it was rust. I can assure you, it is NOT. It was DUST. Apparently, in my haste to take the pictures for the auction, I pulled the loose fitting cover off the bike and took several detailed pictures. It was not discovered until after I had uploaded the pictures that there was DUST on the top of the engine. To avoid any other confusion and doubt, I went out this morning and thoroughly cleaned the engine from top to bottom and took several close up picture from both sides. The pictures have been added at the end of the photo gallery. Additionally, not mentioned in the initial description... Both the engine side covers, as well as the rim halves were painted with true Honda Cloud Silver Metallic paint. Thanks for your interest. I hope to see your bids. ***UPDATE***On Jun-15-15 at 18:04:01 PDT, seller added the following information: True mileage is unknown. When I acquired this project bike, it did not have a odometer. I replaced the missing odometer with a correct one for this model that I sourced off eBay. I'm uncertain of the true mileage on the engine and frame. I did however go through the top end engine and rebuilt the clutch. The wheel bearings and brakes were also replaced. This motorcycle should last a long time before any major maintenance is required.
