Vehicle Detail

This super car has only 11k miles and has over $85k invested. Up for sale is my 2009 Dodge Challenger with a stroked 426 cubic inch motor that produces over 500 rwhp on its own. However, in addition it has a black finish Magnuson Super Charger with a 12 lb kit bringing the hp to 716 at the rear wheels. This motor was built by Arrington and you can look these guys up at www.shophemi.com. The reputation of Arrington is a good as it can get and they provided with this motor a 3 year or 36,000 mile warranty. Now the 3 year warranty has expired but the motor only has around 9k on it. When I purchased the car it had 5k on it and I have put only 2k miles on it over the last three years. I have not raced the car only took it to car shows and one long road trip for a show of about 700 miles (It averaged over 22 mpg in 6th gear). With Arrington building the motor and adding Pedders drag race suspension there wasn't too much for me to do to the drive train. The only thing I have done to the car was to add the lightweight wheels, the billboard graphics and change out the fast cats to be able to pass inspection here in Texas. As you might see in the vehicle history I did not pass inspection a couple of times last year due to the O2 sensors being turned off. Where the car came from no inspections were necessary so I needed the cats turned on and when I turned them on I failed inspection again due to the fact I had to run the car for about 100 miles to reset the o2 sensors. Then I failed again due to the fast cats... so to make a long story short I purchased Kooks Green Cats for cars over 700hp and I was good to go. For thousands of dollars less I am offering my 426 forged supercharged supercar than the cost of a new Hellcat. Don't misunderstand me the Hellcat is an awesome car with a very sophisticated suspension... but they are running 700 hp at the flywheel and Arrington dyno'd this car at 716 at the rear wheels. This car is Bad Axx and is not for everyone but if your looking for an affordable 700+ hp challenger in showroom like condition you have one before you. There is over 30K in the motor alone not counting the suspension, exhaust, old skool pistol grip shifter and true shaker hood (over 4k). This car is being offered for less that a new SRT8 with the power of the new Hellcat! I have the original dealers sheet and the Chrysler Manifest for the car and all receipts from Arrington. Arrington did the following: Stroked the 6.1 to 426 cubic inches 426 high boost Forged Piston set ATI 6.1 7 .074 OD 17% Overdrive damper Blower Billet Roller Cam 426 10.3/sc/ported 607 heads Magnuson Super Charger 12 lb kit HP In Tank Fuel Pump 255gph LX Dual F/Pump Hat Modified 4/Super Charger Hemi Shaker Hood (the work was done so well you cannot see the super charger underneath the hood scoop) color car matched Hood pins Chassis was dyno tuned Predator Tuner included (with current tune) Exhaust is Kooks long tube headers w/ Borla/Corsa/Razor Pedders - suspension meister set up $3,200 parts Old School Pistol Grip shifter RAM/90-2370N duel hydrolic race clutch Old school Billboard graphics Aftermarket light weight wheels all 20" Nitto drag radials on the rear with 2k miles on them (I have the Goodyear eagle tires that came off the rear w/9k miles on them included) Kooks Green Cats $800 (I have the original fast cats that came with the car & will be included) At 700 horse power I know this car isn't for everyone but for the guy that wants a 700 horse super street car this may be the one for you. Always garaged and I am not kidding this car drives and looks brand new. I am looking to build a 356 SC Porsche and selling my Chally will go a long way with that. If you are at the Gas Monkey Garage car show this weekend I will be there. If you have any questions please contact me at 214.504.5300 my cell. Ken On Jun-09-15 at 19:47:05 PDT, seller added the following information: I forgot to mention I did have a ding on the right front of the hood from a falling light fixture in my garage. I have Hagarty's insurance with $0 deductible so I had it repaired. The ding was about 1 inch long by 1/8th of an inch wide and it actually broke the paint surface so I had it repaired. The car was parked in my garage when this happened. I would load the photo but Ebay will not let me load any additional photo's since I have already posted the maximum of 24 photos here but I will forward you the photo if you need to see what the ding looked like. It was just to the right of the hood pin. The car also has clear coat vinyl on the front nose of the car to protect from rock chips.
