1980 Scout II 304 V8, 4-speed manual Dana 60 rear axle, 8-lug, 4:10 gearing, locker GM 10-bilt front axle, 4:10 gearing, locker Dana 300 transfer case Spring-over-Axle conversion, appears to have newer springs and shocks, with what looks like a 4" lift. GM style power steering and steering column, aftermarket starter button and signal switch Dick Cepek 315/75/16 FC II tires on steel rims Recent, low-budget, paint job. Body fairly solid, some metal work was done, would need more body work if you a nicer finish small chip in windshield, all other glass good, tinted no back seat I am describing this vehicle to the best of my ability. I have not owned it long, nor driven it very far. The engine fires right up and will idle nicely after a brief warm up period. Does not overheat. The carb/tuning is not perfect as there is a hesitation and burble when you first press the gas pedal The engine does smoke. Sometimes it is not too noticeable, and other times it puffs quite a bit. I have shifted through all the transmission gears, engaged the hubs, and shifted the transfer case through all positions. Things seem to work like they should. I will assist your shipper.
