2001 Honda Insight hybrid, CVT automatic. The car is not running, bottom end of engine turns with starter, top end does not. Assume that the timing chain is broken. Car has 340K miles on it, hybrid battery was replaced by Honda at 150K, and was working and charging fine when the car stopped running (a month ago). Tires are less than 6 months old. Body panels and interior are in reasonable condition, hood has some dimples, drivers door is scuffed.
