This 1982 Goldwing is an Interstate model, 23,000 original miles, garage-kept for last 23 years. It is in superb condition and has several custom improvements: Matching double chrome rails on trunk and side bags. Narrow Interstate seat upgraded to an Aspencade seat with no tears or wear areas. Honda 'backbreaker' trunk replaced with a spacious Cavalcade trunk (much larger with big back rest), re-badged, locked and painted to match bike appearance. It was acquired by me in 1991 with the original candy apple red paint but was sun bleached and required new paint. Motorcycle was disassembled to the engine and frame for custom base-coat, clear-coat paint and pinstriped before final coat. Tires and windshield in good condition. Small plastic damage around dash ignition key. Repair records included. Brakes, including calipers, replaced @ 20,100 miles. Front fork air shocks rebuilt @ 20,100 miles. Carburetors rebuilt @ 20,800 miles. Very dependable, comfortable and would ride anywhere in confidence. Mileage may continue to climb as bike is ridden.
