The Ultimate MGB. The Late chrome bumper cars were the pinnacle of production in many enthusiasts opinion. Still with the classic chrome bumpers and traditional grill, but with such upgrades as comfortable seats, face level ventilation, Full syncro gearbox and a host of other improvements that made it much easier to live with. This Example takes it several steps further and is equipped with some rare options and upgrades such as Hardtop, Panasport or minilite wheels and more. It had much restoration work done several years ago to a great standard and it shows. Has good oil pressure, does not smoke. It also had a full brake rebuild along with the rest of the driveline rebuild. This car was originally equipped with steel wheels (which will still go right back on if you like) but has been fitted with the upgraded alloy Panasport or Minilite type wheels and performance tires. Cosmetically, the paint is still in great shape. It has a good shine and no problems such as dents, rust bubbles etc. The interior was redone as well with Custom Sewn Top grain Leather Seats in the traditional MG Pattern, new carpet, panels and new convertible top. A new classic Moto-Lita wood steering wheel rounds it out. It also comes with a tonneau cover. The trunk has also been restored with a new fitted trunk carpet kit including a tire cover with embroidered MG logo. This is a rare opportunity, If you want a very good MGB at a very reasonable price, this is the one. I looked all over to find such a car, and very few exist. The cost of the restoration work alone would cost more than the price of the car. That does not include finding such a nice chrome bumper MGB.
