You can find the tan convertible made with Haartz (better than oem and great technology against elements of mother nature) fabric for $375 with the materials, glue, and cables. There is a small rust spot near the driver head light; it's not even the size of a dollar bill. The interior is in a very good shape with no rips to the leather, yet the carpet could used cleaning or changing if you choose. The carpet cut out pieces parallel to the OEM carpet can be found on ebay as well for a very reasonable cost.
