This is a great bike for on-road use, and is plenty capable to handle trails and off-road riding conditions. The bike is complete with the exception of the boots behind the carburetors. I spent $600 on a genuine Honda exhaust system (from head pipes to mufflers) a few years ago and barely used the bike. There is absolutely no rot or rust on the pipes, only minor scratches and dings. The kick starter is stripped, but the motor turns freely when the spark plugs are removed and the bike is pushed in gear. There are less than 100 miles on exhaust system and tires. I do not have a title for the bike, but I will provide a bill of sale. (eBay does not give an option to list "No Title"- that is why it says clear title above.) This would be a great restoration candidate or could also be used as a daily rider with a little TLC. Everything is there.
