This was one of the last W123 300TD turbo wagons sold in California . It was purchased in November of 1985 in San Rafael /CA by the original owner and her husband . It has been garaged and pampered ever since and it shows . This car has been excessively well maintained by European Car Service of Marin County . All Services have been done on time and any little thing coming up , was always attended to right away . This wagons runs terrific and i could not think of anything it needs . It has only 169k miles on it and if you know these kindThe AC has been gone through last year . Complete with a new compressor and a conversion to the newer style freon . It blows ice cold and from all the vents . The power windows, power door locks, all the instruments and even the original radio /power antenna work the way they should . This car has plenty of power and is truly fun to drive . You can easily cruise with 90 mph and still get about 26miles per gallon of diesel .   The body was finished in Manila Beige ( MB color code 681 ) and the interior is Palomino color MB-Tex .There is absolutely no rust on this car at all . Most of the paint is original except a couple of panels , which have been professionally re-done , do to a fender scrape about 10 years ago . The paint on the whole car still shines like new . All the interior is in amazing condition . There are no rips or tears in the seats and they are still firm . The original dashboard still shows very nice and the wood is perfect . All the door panels and the headliner are still in in fine shape . The carpets are clean and the floor-mats are new . Please just see the pictures , they can describe it much better than i can . This wonderful 300TD would be perfect for a collector . You just do not find 30 year old cars with low miles and in this condition from the original owner anymore . The car even comes with the original California title ( pink slip) from 1985 and all the books , It would also be a great car for somebody who would like to drive it every day and also for long distances .
