selling a 1959 Mercedes 180 Diesel which I recently aquired,this car runs and drives nice,it is an absolute blast to drive and gave me no problems at all on my 65 mile drive home,all windows,locks,lights,brakes,shifter and parking brake are working fine.the car is very solid with a few blemishes-see pictures,it would make a nice solid foundation for a restoration or a nice casual weekend driver to go to the local car shows and cruise nights,the tires are fairly new as well. The interior is complete but original and could use some freshening up,there is one heater blower motor missing in the engine compartment,but I found it in the trunk along with the duct for it,it just needs to be re-installed,the trim moulding at the bottom of the left rear door was dented and removed,but I ordered a brand new one and some mounting clips for it,both of which will be included with the car.These cars are getting pretty hard to find,and 1959 was the last year for the narrow tall grille and the bullet proof pushrod engine,it is also very economical to own since it gets around 37 miles to the gallon.
