Beautiful 1986 Jeep CJ7 for sale! If you are looking for a vintage CJ7 to cruise the  beach or head to the mountains, this is it. I can list all the new parts of this Jeep, but it  would go on for pages. Literally. Highlights include: New Corvette Torch Red paint New Stainless Steel accents. Whenever a  bolt was replaced, I used only stainless steel OR grade 5 or grade 8 bolts when  required. All of the interior is brand new. Gauges, handles,  dashboard, etc. New Sony CD stereo with a USB jack, removable face, and  BlueTooth for hands-free calling. Everything is 1st rate... The photos speak for  themselves. The engine and T5 5-speed manual transmission  function beautifully. All of the vacuum tubes were inspected and replaced when  needed. New Alternator, brake boost and master cylinder, just tuned up. Engine (258 c.i. inline 6) compression: Cylinders  1 thru 6: 160, 165, 160, 150, 170, 150. Great compression within tolerances.  Vacuum test was steady and carb dialed in at both cold start and full operating  temperatures. New 50-State carburetor, air filters, oil filter  and change. New 50-State catalytic converter, O2 sensor, EGR  valve, muffler, tail-pipe California smog test in hand. Great numbers; runs  super clean. (photo below) Brand new BFG All-Terrain tires (30"x9.5x15) and  Level8 polished aluminum rims. Brakes: 70% remaining. Stops on a dime! New steering gear box.
