This car is as close to showroom new as you will find. It has been in Albuquerque, NM since it was delivered to the Corvette Museum in March 2002 by the original owner. Complete history of vehicle has been maintained as well as most of the original purchase materials such as delivery inspection reports, window sticker and car documentation. Vehicle has been pampered very lightly driven and currently has just 11,500 original miles! No wear on any carpet, upholstery, or any interior or external components. Only modifications to vehicle include the addition of a CAGS override switch (no forced 1st to 3rd shifting) and new Michelin Pilot Sport AS tires at 8,062 miles. CAGS override module can be removed in less than 5 minutes if desired. The deck hydraulic lifts were getting lazy and were replaced in 2014. Car comes with custom dust cover. All original owners manual and equipment included. History - Car purchased in 3/2002 and picked up at Corvette Museum and driven to Albuquerque. Original owner kept car until January of 2012 and sold to private party in Albuquerque. Mileage at time of sale was 7,983 miles driven in nearly 10 years!Second owner stored vehicle and seldom drove, sold vehicle to current owner in September of 2014; vehicle had been driven only 1,892 miles in nearly 3 years. Car was covered and stored inside with other collection when purchased.Current owner purchased car in September of 2014 and put 1,275 miles on the vehicle. It is garage kept and driven on weekends. The interior is the beautiful red with black Z06 leather. No cracks or fading; same for door panels and kick panels. Buyer responsible for transportation.
