It is up to the buyer to come see and further inspect the car before the end of the auction.--> On Apr-07-15 at 09:13:38 PDT, seller added the following information: When I was showing this Mercedes to a customer today, I noticed that the check engine light came on. Follwoing the demonstration drive, I had our mechanic diagnose the issue. His scanner shows a code P0444 which references he evap system purge control valve. This is an emissions issue and has no affect on how the vehicle drives out. The Mercedes accelerates smoothly and with full power. At highway speeds, as well as at idle, there are no performance issues. We are in a very rural area, with no Mercedes dealers. So . . . we do not plan to address the intermittent "check engine" light. Since this is only an emissions code, this is probably an issue if you plan to register the Mercedes in California.
