I am the original owner of this 2003 Chevy C-4500 box truck. Purchased from Bill Jacobs Chevy in Joliet IL as a cab and chassis that was originally for an RV.I had the 18' box with cab over box that adds 4 more feet installed . It has Air ride seats and Air ride suspension with can be lowered for easy loading.So many more optionsthan your average box truck like cruise control, power windows, power locks, Cd player , Alloy wheels, exhaust brake,step bumper with trailer hitch and wiring. The truck has 149,455 miles witch are mostly highway.It hasn't been driven very much in the last four years, it hit a deer on the off ramp of a highway and was in the shop for repairs so I had to get another truck. All of the repairs have been complete for quite some time and there has been no issues with that encounter , The only mechanical issue is the fuel injectors need to be replaced. The truck runs and drives fine but it does emit white smoke due to the fuel injectors.The gross vehicle weight is 16,000 lbs so in some states you don't need a CDL license to drive.
