I have been a Mustang enthusiast since 1981 and have owned at least 18 or more of various years. I usually buy them, add a few up grades or style items, and then sell them. I have said this at least 3 times recently that at 79 years old I am finally done playing with toys, but as soon as they leave the driveway I ‘m out looking again. I know this is the last one for us as the fun this past summer has faded.I purchased this one early last October with 64,571 miles on it so we could have a last fling with the Mustang club on a road trip to Door County, Wisconsin and the car was put in storage in late October. Previously woman owned and driven, I am second owner. Clean car-fax. Hard to find “Pony Package “car and equipped with Ford/Lincoln navigation system (which I never used because I am technically challenged). It has leather heated front seats which are also both power seats with air bags. The V6 'Mustangs can be fitted with the Pony Package, which includes firmer suspension tuning, 17-inch special wheels, fog lamps and a unique grille, including traction control and ABS brakes and 235x55x17 tires same as on GT. The Sport Appearance Package provides aluminum accents and, while the Comfort Package bundles heated front seats, a power front passenger seat and an auto-dimming rearview mirror** The convertible top is cloth (not vinyl) and was $230.00 option. The color is a Tri-color called Vapor Metallic Clearcoat, not the basic silver color that was used on most rental cars. It currently has 65,131 miles on it so you can see I did not drive it much ,and I have letter from previous owner stating it’s mostly highway miles and car was garaged in winter. The convertible top boot is still in factory wrapper. I doubt the top was put down more than a half dozen times in 6 years. It has a very minor scratch on corner of the front bumper , my body shop guy says leave it alone! I HAVE ADDED THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: All FORD original Mustang “California Special” parts, hood scoop and side scoops, and dealer just put new brakes on when I bought it. New Pony floor mats front and rear. Rocker panel stripe’s,(after market one’s nicer than the factory stripe), Car cover with Mustang logo. Chrome tail light bezels, Ford badge, and also added a Flo-Master Muffler with stainless exhaust pipe which looks and sounds AWSOME. Original equipment goes with the car and can be changed back in 15 minutes if you prefer. I also added the rear Mach One Black panel. I removed the six cylinder style rear spoiler and replaced with GT style and added SEQENTIAL TURN lights. I have both keys, key fobs and all manuals.
