This is a 2002 Nissan Sentra GXE that was purchased by me as the 2nd owner in 2002 at Pat Peck Nissan in Mobile, AL. The car had high highway miles in 2002 to 2005, travel between Florida and throughout Alabama. Since 2005, has been daily driver for work, school and errands around town. The car has been serviced at regular intervals since its purchase in 2002. Comes with service manual, new oil filter, Coverking dash covers, heavy duty plastic floor mats as well as original carpet mats. I have the original Nissan key, original remote and one spare key I had made that is not an original. Aftermarket radio installed with cd player and input port for mp3/phone to play through. There is a little bit of damage where the adapter kit didn't fit right and it was modified for radio to fit. See pics. Exterior needs paint job due to peeling off of clear coat. There is damage to rear bumper from an accident. There are scratches on the paint. See pics. Interior has a couple of problems: mirror cover broken off on driver side sun visor, broken dash caddy cover, broken glovebox hinges. Glovebox will stay but falls out if handled roughly. I have included photos of these problems. Otherwise, interior is in good condition for age of car. There are a few stains that I haven't tried to get out. Positives:Ice cold Air Conditioning (Entire system replaced 2014) and heat works great. Very reliable carComputer was replaced in 2010 ($1200 replaced at Nissan dealership)Car has been serviced on timely intervals since I purchased it in 2002 (regular oil changes, etc.)Battery was replaced in 2012 - Cranks every time, even in cold weather. (Alternator has been replaced a couple of years ago, as well)Timing belt was replaced at 160,000 miles, as well as all other belts, spark plugs, spark plug wires.Recent alignment in December, 2014. One tire doesn't match due to recent tire replacement at time of alignment.Power steering pump was replaced in 2014. Problems I am aware of:Service engine soon light is on for emission control due to gas cap, which I replaced, but light stayed on. Service engine soon light is on for P0745 and P0746, which according to Nissan tech is "When the a transmission solenoid is malfunction, in most cases the problem is not the electrical part of the solenoid; the problem is foreign material obstructing the mechanical function of the solenoid or the flow of the fluid through the transmission valve body. Read more: http://engine-codes.com/p0745.html#ixzz3THbGaTbj" TRANSMISSION FLUID WAS CHANGED AT 165,000 MILES; Still shifts fine except initial hard shift between first and second when car is first started. I didn't replace sensor because we were going to check for loose connection but didn't get to it. (My mechanic said to check the connection for the sensor on next trans fluid change because that is the most likely cause of the service codes).After 10 days of not being cranked, fan belt squealed when cranked but stopped after 1 minute. Didn't squeal when I drove it to run the rest of my errands. Exterior paint is in bad shape and has dings and scratches (Rear bumper is damaged and slight dent on trunk)Steering wheel isn't straight when wheels are straight (This happened when steering column was pulled for a repair)Trunk doesn't "pop open" with remote or button inside car.
