Vehicle Detail

1965 Mustang C-code, 289 with stock T-10 four speed manual transmission. VIN: 5RO/C21534994,350 original milesI bought the car in November/2006 with around 78,000 miles. It had a decent restoration; new paint, chrome, carpet, dash, front seats and rebuilt motor. The car has always been in California and sat on blocks in a garage up in Palmdale for 20 years before I bought it. The car is laser straight, never been in an accident and has obviously been babied. It was my daily driver (always covered outside and in the garage) for a few years and runs GREAT. Since I bought the car I have done the following:New 4BBL Edelbrock Performer 450, electric chokeNew three row aluminum radiator, hoses and gano filterNew fuel tank, fuel pump, lines and sender unitNew water pumpNew electronic ignition/coil/plug wiresNew motor/transmission mountsRebuilt TransmissionNew clutchNew brakes/drums (4 wheel drum)New tiresNew windshieldNew weatherstrippingNew HeadlinerNew radio with aux input (see pics, didn’t cut the dash)Forward quarter panel speakers New blinker cam and horn switch (Both actually work!)Vinyl La Mans stripes. Can easily be removedRestored original black platesOn Mar-05-15 at 20:18:40 PST, seller added the following information: 1965 Mustang C-code, 289 with stock T-10 four speed manual transmission. It was my daily driver (covered outside and always garaged) for a few years and runs GREAT. No mechanical issues that I know of, It's just not the fastback I've always wanted. I would feel good about selling the car to a good friend and I want it to go to a good home. Feel free to call with any questions or set up a test drive. 619-792-5566 - please leave a message if I do not answer. Will consider delivering for free in Southern California.
