1966 FORD FAIRLANE 500XL, FACTORY 289 BUCKET SEAT CAR, HAS A RUNNING 302 AND A C4 AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION. BODY: does have some rust in the floor pans mainly in the toe board. The drivers quarter also has some rust above the wheel well. The passenger quarter panel needs to be replaced, someone installed a 67 quarter panel on it and the taillight openings do not match. I have both 4dr quarter panels with the taillight openings that can be used for patch panels. I also have a rear tail section cut. DRIVE TRAIN: it has a running 302, a new fuel pump, distributor cap, rotor button, solenoid, plugs and wires. Does need some work to be a driver (wiring and timing). C4 automatic transmission. I have not put it in gear but the fluid looks good and no leaks. Needs brake work, has drums all the way around. It has an 8'' ford rear end. 14'' old school Crager s/s wheels.
