You are bidding on a numbers matching 1968 Ford Mustang California Special (GT/CS) with a 289 V-8 and very low documented miles (27,490).  As the door tag denotes, this car is a hard top with a color of Acapulco Blue and a blue Comfortweave bench seat. This car has spent its entire life in a warm and dry climate. It has also been kept in a climate controlled area. Even with the low mileage, considering its age, it was decided to go back and refresh the engine, transmission, rear end, and brake systems for the sake of dependability but yet preserving its originality. All belts, hoses, gaskets, and seals have been replaced. This car also has air conditioning that blows cold and has been upgraded to use the R-134 refrigerant. All lights and gauges work correctly. The car also has new tires with the optional GT wheels. These cars are not too hard to find, but finding one in this condition that has been pampered is uncommon. Most of the California Specials that are for sale have been neglected or have high mileage on the engines and will need paint, interior, and many other basic items replaced. With this car, the pictures speak for themselves. This car has a clear title and is ready for the road. There is no "BUY IT NOW".
