Kids are not babies anymore and no longer need a van.2002 Honda Odyssey EX-L with factory navigation (updated navi cd in 2010), 10 inch Alpine DVD player that can be heard through car speakers (also allows for an aux for your ipod with the factory stereo), leather interior, fog lights, heated front seats, roof rack, tow hitch, ground effects all around, These vans had a problem with their transmissions but I had Honda put in a brand new transmission, tranny computer, rear main seal in October 2009. Parts and labor should have been at around $6000 but Honda agreed to pay half (even though it was out of warranty) and I paid the other half.I bought this van used (3rd owner) in March 2006 with 40k miles. Ever since it has been garaged and oil has been changed only with Mobil 1 synthetic every 3-4k miles. K&N air filter installed at 40k. Rear brakes were done at 79k on 12/2009Timing belt was done at 84k on 6/2010Struts and shocks at 96k on 12/2011Front brakes at 96k on 1/2012--also entire brake system was bled and replaced with new brake fluidNew OEM oil pan at 101k on 10/2012New OEM 6 ignition coils replaced at 107k on 6/2013I have the two main radiator hoses (upper and lower) brand new OEM that I still haven't installed but will go with vehicle. (doesn't leak or need them- I just wanted to change them before any problems) I have been very proactive with this vehicle mechanically. I would give it a 9 out of 10 mechanically. Body is a 7 out of 10. No dents but some dings. Scratches are mainly on bumpers and ground effects. Paint still shines nicely as I would hand wax it regularly. 4 Michelin tires about 40% worn. Leather seats are not torn (actually driver's seat has a tiny tear on the side) but show signs of wear. Since purchase I used to clean leather twice a year or so with Meguiar's products. Very clean inside and smoke free (no funny odors). The bad:Fog lights are not coming on (haven't checked if it's the bulbs or the fuses)Driver's side sliding door needs a slight push at the end of it closing automatically for it to close properly. Both doors rolling mechanism was replaced about a year ago with OEM parts. Both sliding doors open without a problem manually (by hand), however, will not open with remote or button inside.
