This is a one owner car I found in central Illinois while visiting my father. The man who owned it had kept it in his garage covered for many many years. Since purchasing the vehicle, I have had it completely restored from the mechanical stand point, and it is now fully operational which original parts or replacement parts. Of course, it drives like a dream and floats down the road very smoothly. The straight eight is very quiet and runs flawlessly, and the transmission shifts as it should as well. There aren't any cheap aftermarket add- ons or quick fixes on this one. To preserve the originality, I had the original paint lightly buffed, and the interior was simply cleaned. In my 40 years of dealing with classic cars I have never run across a vehicle is such great condition in it's original state. The interior is in outstanding condition. In fact, there is still an instruction tag on the cigarette lighter. It is my hope that this car will go to a true collector that can appreciate the original nature of this vehicle. At 59K original miles, this car will be around for a very long time.
