No mats or rear cargo cover, just dog divider and rubber cargo mat. Comes with a spare tire. This is not missing any pieces besides the front cub holder piece which you can order from the dealer of find on eBay / junk yard. Sunroof works, all heated seats work, AC works. Navigation is older (2003) but works on cluster.
