Hello and thank you for looking! This auction is for a great 1972 Honda XL250 Motosport 250cc street legal trail bike. It runs and rides flawlessly and is a real blast to show off! Resent services include; new engine gaskets and seals (all HONDA O.E.M.), new Carburetor rebuild, new O.E.M Honda air filter element, new O.E.M Honda choke cable, new O.E.M. Honda points, new gel cell battery, new rear shocks, fresh oil, adjusted valves, new roller chain, new mirrors and levers, and a new fuel petkock. Charging system charges at idle 6.8V DC with lights on, at 3000 RPM's 8.2V DC with lights on or off. the bike does not smoke or make any noises that it shouldn't. It starts easily on the 1st or 2nd kick when cold consistently. Other neat stuff; The seat, grips, lever boots, and tires are original and still soft! The paint is still VERY nice and shiny.
