For sale is 2012 Honda Civic LX with 24,500 miles. In excellent shape. Runs and drives perfect with no problems. Has PA Reconstructed title due to an accident to the front driver side. The car was sold by ALLSATE INSURACE at the auction. It has been completely repaired and inspected. The PA inspection is good until 01/2016 Reconstructed title is the same as CLEAN title and you don't have to go through all the hassle to inspect the car. You simply just register it as clean title. There is one issue, on the title it says that the mile are NOT ACTUAL miles due to the error they made at the action. the battery was dead and they could not start the car at the action so they simply just left it blank and ended up messing up the title.
