Up for sale is a 2005 PT Cruiser GT convertible. This is a good running, excellent mechanical, technician owned vehicle. 145k miles, but 80% of those miles are all highway miles as I was driving 90 miles round trip. Only used Premium 93 octane gasoline and averages 25-27mpg. *****************THIS VEHICLE IS LABELED INCORRECTLY FROM AUTOCHECK, AND I WILL VERIFY THIS WITH INDIANA BMV. THERE IS A PICTURE I JUST UPLOADED WITH THE TITLE.***************** The GOOD: Within the last few months I have put approx $2500.00 into it:Brand new control arms and ball jointsNew front struts with springs and spring seats and strut mountsBrand new front brake pads and rotors, Valve cover gasket, Spark plugs and wires.New motor mounts which are all common on these vehicles. So rest assured the items that go bad and cause noises have all be replaced. Brand new Cooper CS5 tires have less than 6,000 miles on them. Full synthetic oil changes regular intervals This vehicle is ready to go and needing minimal. Engine is stock, transmission is stock, turbo is stock and all are in great condition. Vehicle has never been run hard. The engine and transmission combo is the same used in the Neon SRT-4. 220 horsepower will get you going in a hurry. Automatic transmission with the optional autostick feature will allow you to shift it manually as well. The BAD: Will need a new windshield. Nothing safety related, and maybe a couple hundred dollars to replace, if that. Has light hail damage(see pictures) and does have some rust forming on a rocker seam on both sides. Nothing is thru, just surface. Left rear wheel is bent. Does not hinder anything as new tires were mounted on the rim and it balances out good. I would drive this vehicle cross country without hesitation. It is comfortable, stylish and ready to find a new home.
